On Android:
- Firstly, click on the Profile icon and tap on the Menu option from the top right corner of the screen.
- Then from the menu list choose Below What you see option and click on the Content preferences.
- Now click on the Reset suggested content option and click on the Next tab.
- And follow the on screen instructions about who you follow and the ads details.
- Again tap on the Reset suggested content and you will get refreshed feeds.
On iPhone:
- Firstly, click on the Profile icon and tap on the Menu option from the top right corner of the screen.

Hide a Suggested Post
If you want to hide a few posts that you’re not interested in or don’t need to see again, you have the option to hide them. Here we are sharing the step by step process to hide suggested posts from your Instagram.
- On your Instagram homepage, tap on the Three Vertical dots from above the post in your feed.
- Then tap on the option Not interested and the selected feed will not appear on your Instagram Profile.
- Also have the options like, Don’t suggest posts from option tap on Aa Dont Suggest Post from certain words.
- Or, you can select Snooze to pause all suggested posts for a limited time( you will get the time duration option).
- And you can click on Manage Content preference to manage the posts on your Instagram profile.
