India is famous for its diverse culture and rich tradition where millions of people live with their own customs and rituals. Along with culture each of its states has its own distinct culinary identity, offering different flavors, spices and ingredients. Andhra Pradesh- PootharekuluI

This is a sweet dessert filled with sugar, dried fruits and nuts covered in a wafer-thin layer of paper-like rice starch.

Arunachal Pradesh- Thukpa

Thukpa is a combination of Tibetan style noodles mixed with vegetables or chicken stew in a clear thick soup.

Assam- Papaya Khar

Made with green papaya, this dish serves on a plate with red rice and crushed nuts.

Bihar- Liti chokha

It is a salted and baked wheat dosa made with whole wheat, spelled flour and eggplant.

Chhattisgarh- Chile

This dish makes using chickpea flour and served with chutneys or rolls with stuffing inside.

Goa- Fish curry

Goan fish curry is rich with coconut flavour and spices.

Gujarat- Khaman dhokla

This dish is a smooth snack prepared of rich spices, besan, lemon juice and a leavening agent.

Haryana- Bajre Ki Khichdi

A delicious meal prepared with crushed pearl millet and ghee/sesame oil.

Himachal Pradesh- Dham

Dham is a traditional veg festival meal consisting of plain aromatic rice, fried lentils or lentils, red kidney beans and a variety of sweets.

Jharkhand- Dhooska

Nagaland- Pork with Bamboo Shoot
